If you have an avail PCI slot... I would consider getting a ATA133 adapter card. (this would be the easiest way. (IMHO)
Acard like this:
http://www.maxtor.com/en/products/accessories/ultra_ata/ultra_ata_133_pci_adapter_card/index.htm

This is far less risky than flashing the BIOS. Sure, you could flash the BIOS but you may still have to use an overlay with that 100GB drive on a BX board. (not good)
You can usually pic one of these up for `$20-30 US on ebay or your local computer store. :-)

Another plus of the add on ATA board - it will allow for higher data rates that the onboard controller on that BX board.

That being said....If you must flash the BIOS... get it here:
http://downloadfinder.intel.com/scripts-df/Detail_Desc.asp?agr=N&ProductID=208&DwnldID=3519

And here are the BIOS flashing instructions direct from the Mfg.:
http://developer.intel.com/design/motherbd/standardbios.htm

Good luck and hope this helps you a little.
Happy new year!
