That link is no good... Let us try elsewhere. k?

In order to update (flash) your BIOS, you will need to identify the EXACT make/model/revision of motherboard that you have. (make certain you are 100% correct)

Identifying the board can be done via many different methods, here are a couple:
1)Look for identifying marks on the board itself.
2)Read the BIOS string during POST and ID it .
3)Use some type of software utility to help Identify the board.

It is wise to use more than 1 method to ensure that you have identified the board correctly. Once you think you have identified the board, check the manufactures website for the boards physical characteristics (Connector/component Layout,CPU type, chipset, slots, etc...)Make sure the one you have is the same!

Here is some software tools to help identify your board:
Aida32>> (i suggest trying this utilityone first)

CPUZ>> (this one has lied to me before)

Once you have identified the exact make/model/revision of the board, you should go to the manufacturer (of you motherboard) website and download the flash utility and BIOS for your particular motherboard.
Most manufacturers have instructions for flashing the BIOS located on their website. print it!

If you have trouble with this please come back and ask again. :-)

BTW- Always backup your current BIOS to floppy BEFORE flashing. (just in case)

I hope this helps you a lil....
