: 1)First what is DUAL DDR means? i know it's for RAM, but why DUAL?

Dual Data Rate (DDR) - twice the memory bandwith, so faster. (won't take SDRam - be careful!) there are different speeds of DDR ram, so make sure your motherboard and memory match.

: 2)AGP8X means i will have one AGP slot rite?

yep one slot, but be careful with choice of card, new ones should be fine, 4x cards mostly ok, 2x and 1x - - be careful (the 8x, 4x etc refers to speed rates - higher the better, but only if your graphics card supports it)

: 3)SOUND LAN means those are installed internally?

yep, onboard sound, pretty good these days, onboard LAN for network/broadband. stick a nice athlon xp processor in, and you'll be well happy ;-)
