Please help!!

I have a Notino AS 7400 Pentium 3 - 450 laptop.

I just flashed my laptop's bios using what was supposed to be a Phoenix Bios upgrade file, following the instructions and now imy laptop doesn't boot up!!

It doesn't even show the bios options screen - the floppy drive searches for a disk but doesn't boot up from a floppy.

What can I do?

Please help - I'm in desperate need of my laptop and have all my thesis work on it - my finals are really close now and I'm desperate.

If it involves changing the bios please send me instructions on how to change it.
