I have an:
Bios ID: 2A5LES2AC
Bios Date:03/16/99
Bios Signon: 03/16/1999-VP3-586B-8669-2A5LES2AC-00
Bios type: Award Modular BIOS v4.51PG
Chipset: VIA 82C597 rev 4

Is safe to download the new version of Bios from www.soyousa.com and install it? I don't risk destroy my motherboard forever???
