Thanks in advance. good day

FIRST you need to figure out what mainboard you have (maker, model and board version), for sure; if you use the wrong update you will corrupt your BIOS. Follow the mainboard ID article at:
http://www.pcnineoneone.com/howto/moboid1.html

I think it is a good idea to know how to get out of trouble BEFORE you get into trouble. STUDY Amptron's corrupt BIOS recovery article at:
http://www.amptron.com/Documents/Recover_a_corrupt_BIOS.pdf

It is really EASY to misflash/corrupt your BIOS so you should run the PC on your UPS while flashing the BIOS (a power blink will kill your BIOS). STUDY and understand the mainboard maker's BIOS update instructions - if in doubt post a question and WAIT for an answer.

Good Luck,
Henry
