Hi Bijan, first of all thank you for answering me !
The upgrade I downloaded from the thoshiba site, it's a zip archive with 4 files (chgfirma.exe, chgbiosa.exe,ec30b100bin,biofc72t.com: no read.me nor any txt file :-(( )
Should I copy them to a "bootable" floppy ?
It's upgrading bios a risky operation ?
Can I "undo" (and how?) the upgrade if something goes wrong ?
Thank you again
Indro
: The files are self extracting. After you extract you get the readme file. Basically Create a temp directory and extract the files. Then copy all files I beleive 6 of them to a blank floppy. Restart the Toshiba and Hold F12, choose to boot from Floppy, and then it will start to Flash the BIOS. You will see a message on the screen if the bios upgrade was successful or not.
