I updated my BIOS to the latest from IBM and put a Intel PIII 1000 Mhz(Coppermine) CPU slot1 in the Computer. After that the BIOS said the the CPU was a 750 Mhz cpu. What can I do to get the computer to understand that it is a 1000 Mhz. I tested my computer with Intelīs test program and it said it is a 1000Mhz Cpu.
Remember that it is a IBM so I Can not change my multiplier and FSB speed, that stands at 100Mhz.

Is there any resone to update my chipset, Intel 440BX/ZX, 82443BX/ZX and would it be any god.?
