: How to install new bios setup

NOT enough information to offer much help.

WHY do you think you need a new BIOS setup? BIOS update is RISKY; DO NOT "update" your BIOS unless you have a real need - you can easily corrupt your BIOS (sometimes you can recover, sometimes you need help).

Specific BIOS update procedure depends on the BIOS maker (AMI, Award, MR BIOS, Phoenix or ...) and the mainboard maker. You should find update instructions on the mainboard maker's web site where you should have found the BIOS "update". If no instructions there try the BIOS maker's web site for generic type guidance.
