: I installed a new bios and sine then my system became absolutley unstable i can't run any games and other programs consantly crashes. i tried to install several bioses but the preblems dosn't disapear

Try this first:
Clear CMOS, Enter CMOS Setup, set date and time, autodetect IDE devices, choose Default, Optimal or FailSafe CMOS Settings - SAVE Settings and exit. [If you have an ATX power supply - unplug the power supply before clearing CMOS with the jumper]. Try those standard settings a few times - if no improvement or worse you may have a driver problem. Look for driver updates on the mainboard maker's web site - if none there, try the chip maker's web site.

If video was working with your original BIOS - can you get back to it? Video stable or unstable with old BIOS now?

If none of this works and you post again please post your hardware configuration (mainboard make and model, CPU, hardware on system, ...) and operating system.

Good Luck,
