: looking for the bios update and a discription how to use

Look for a free BIOS update and update instructions on the mainboard maker's web site. Suggest that you learn about corrupt BIOS recovery before you get started - read Amptron's article at:
http://www.amptron.com/Documents/Recover_a_corrupt_BIOS.pdf

If no typos, it appears that your mainboard was made by Microstar - you need to know your mainboard model and possibly the version. You can figure out what you have by following the motherboard ID article at:
http://www.pcnineoneone.com

If you confirm the maker was Microstar the web site is:
http://www.msi.com.tw

Read the BIOS Release Notes to find out if the "update" will fix your problem. If your problem is not fixed (NOT mentioned) there is NOTHING TO GAIN and your BIOS to lose if you "update" anyway.

Good Hunting,
Henry
