I think VIA 4in1 drivers will provide the chipset drivers you need. They should be posted on QDI's web site; if not there, try VIA's web site

The place to look for a BIOS update for your mainboard is your mainboard maker's web site; if none there, there is no FREE update. If you insist that you require a BIOS update, you can ger an (expensive) BIOS update from Unicore at:

Chances are that your AMD CPU will WORK OK, but BIOS may report the model and/or speed wrong - check actual PC speed with a speed check program, then decide if you need an update.
