BE VERY CAREFUL. You usually need to know mainboard maker, mainboard model and many times mainboard revision number. You should look for a BIOS update on the mainboard maker's web site. If you use the wrong BIOS update you will corrupt your BIOS; it CAN be recovered, be sure to save your old bios before you flash the BIOS. Follow the board maker's flash instructions EXACTLY. BE VERY CAREFUL.

IF "PC 100" or "PC 133" is on your manual (anyplace) you have a PC Chips mainboard - skip to next paragraph. You may have a more difficult search than most. The 009999 figure in the BIOS ID String should identify the board maker, but 9999 is listed as "Unknown". Inspect your mainboard carefully looking for a maker's name, a model number and/or version number. Try to identify your mainboard maker and model by following the motherboard ID article at:
http://www.pcnineoneone.com

If no luck with pc nine one one AND mainboard maker and mainboard model ARE NOT on the board then a wild guess would be PC Chips as the maker. If you have a PC Chips mainboard you can identify it and find support at:

Good Luck,
