Thanks for answering so quickly! Wish I knew how to do what you suggested. I'm still having trouble. Where is CMOS setup? My printer settings don't mention ECP/EEP settings -- just RAW and EMF. I have tried to click on the enable bi-directional communication button, but it won't work (can't click on the disable option either -- seems like they're both on some kind of default). Could it be the printers are not compatible with the computer? Both are Panasonic KX-P1123 and KX-P4410. It wouldn't work on an Okidata either. I am running Windows 95. Thanks!
