Most likely You have partially erased or damaged BIOS chip. Try to reflash that BIOS chip back using BIOS recovery procedure. Read that topic:

Check also CMOS battery, should be at least 2,5v for normal work. Pull that battery out of board and boot PC without battery. If all is started O'K, simply replace the battery. If problem persist,You should do the BIOS recovery...
