TRY:

Enter CMOS Setup while your PC is counting memory, set the time and date (f needed), select Default or Optimal or whatever settings are available, save and exit. Let your PC boot up. If this works you can readjust your CMOS Settings later. Your CMOS battery may be getting weak. If your PC keeps good time (+/- 1 - 2 minutes per day) - no problem; but if your PC loses a significant amount of time while the PC is OFF change the battery.
