You often get "checksum error" after you flash BIOS, even when you use the right BIOS update. Just enter CMOS Setup, choose a set of default settings (Default, Optimal, Fail Safe, ... whatever you can find in Setup) save settings, exit and let your PC boot up. If OK you can tweak your Settings as you prefer them.

If you are sure that you used the wrong BIOS you can recover if you saved your old BIOS. Just follow the corrupt BIOS recovery article at:
