OK,

what cards are they. I assume it will be a graphics card, sound card, nic etc. Remove all the cards that you do not need to boot. If you have onbord video then try using this and removing all the cards. Will your machine boot now? Or oven post?

If so then you can try to tie down which card is faulty. If not then it is mobo / care hardware problem.

Let us know how you do.
