If I remember correctly, the Celeron 333 is a 66 MHz FSB CPU (you should see FSB speed on the chip someplace). Multiplier would be 5x66.6=333. When you set the FSB to 100 MHz you are overclocking your CPU about 50% (5x100=500). Might work, might not (might need to raise core voltage a little and improve cooling to get it to work). So I think your problem is more likely with yooverclocking and probably not the memory or FSB at all.
