The replys to the original post proves that most poeple should stay on the OUTSIDE part of thier rig (computer). Bios' through the years have had several limits; 540 Mb 2.1Gb and 8Gb. Now for the most part there are no limits with current drive technology. The limits had to do with the number of heads/cylinders/sectors the bios could adress.

If one reads the post, he said BOIS would not recognise his drive. Nothing about DOS, Windows and it beats the hell out of me where Dell comes into the question. The only one who got it right was Fahim gangjee. The rest should go buy Macs. I'm going back to what I was doing.

You all have a nice day.
