This is my third try to post this reply, so please excuse if the others come through too.
DO NOT FLASH your BIOS while running any windows Operating System. That will misflash your BIOS and it will take you a couple of weeks to figure out how to fix it.
WRITE your BIOS identity string on paper (you will need it to replace the BIOS)
WRITE your CMOS settings (Yes, ALL of them) on paper. You can't "restore CMOS" if you can't boot up!

Download AMIFLASH.zip
Read the two files included with the flash programs.
Run your computer on a UPS while flashing the BIOS
Use the "Quick Flash" method to flash your BIOS.
Reboot, enter CMOS Setup, choose optimal, default or equivalent settings, save CMOS and exit.
After you are satisfied your computer works with default settings, enter the CMOS settings that you prefer.
