Hello,I had the same board: Rev.4.I was running
a AMD K6 III 475mhz chip.I had problems at first,
but after I flashed my Bios,it worked fine.
Go into your bios setup, disable your onchip cache. If this fixes it, then you need to flash your bios. Are you sure your voltage is 2.0? Mine run at 2.4v .There was a couple of other tricks. If that does not fix it, drop me a Email.
