Download the correct file for your motherboard (the V5 if you have a V5) and flash it again. Before you re-boot be sure to discharge the CMOS. There is a jumper on the board for doing this.
Once you boot up be sure to go into you CMOS setup (you normally will be forced to) and set the CMOS up correctly.
