: I mess up my bios passwd for my tecra 700cs.The problem is i set-up my
: Tecra to boot in the sequence HDD-FDD. If it was FDD-HDD(boot sequence) It wouldn't be a
: big problem cuz I just can load cmoskiller to restore the bios.My Question is
: Is there a Hotkey that exist for Toshiba that it will bypass the bios passwd? Or is there
: a way in the motherboard to clear the cmos setup? cuz Everyone talks about
: jumpers etc..in the laptop but i wanna know if anyone did it successfully?

Have you tried holding ESC down when booting up, then, when prompted, press F1. Or remove the battery inside the laptop for a few mins. This should clear the password. It worked on a Toshiba 4010 CDS.
