Packard Bell is clueless about my problem & that is what I get for purchasing this computer. Anyhow, after a year of owning this PB 880 I decided it was time to upgrade the drivers. I found them all one by one and little did I know that the BIOS driver I downloaded was the wrong one. Well the computer is running okay, little slower but runs. The problem is that before I had (1) floppy disk drive - my SuperDisk SL-120 that came with the computer. Since I updated the BIOS with the wrong update, my computer now thinks that I have a drive A: (which is nothing, a phantom drive [previously was Superdisk]) and think I also have a new drive B: (currently is Superdisk) Packard Bell had no idea how to correct this and get my system back running correctly or even how to fix the BIOS. Anyone out there have any suggestions? PLEASE - this is driving me crazy...keep on playing in System Properties thinking it will come to me.

Thank you,
