The normal solution would be to go to the BIOS-setup (with "Del" or "F2" ...) and change the bootup-sequence. The harddisk should be second in the bootup-sequence or first if that does not work.
There are also some OLD floppy-drives that are jumpered to boot first. Itīs quite hard to find jumper-guides for that floppies, so another way would be to simply buy a new floppy-drive !
