The utility you are looking for is called CBLOGO.EXE, and should've come with your motherboard on a disk along with FLASH.EXE (if you're BIOS is new enough to flash). Just look for the file at any search engine or shareware site, theres bound to be tons of copies floating around.
If your motherboard didn't come with the flash diskette, however, you may not have flash ROM and the whole thing would be impossible.
But most newer motherboards are "flashable", and so you may be in luck.
The process involves booting your computer in real-mode DOS, using FLASH.EXE to extract a .BIN file copy of your BIOS's ROM, and then using CBLOGO.EXE with that file and a 256-colour, 640X480 .BMP file. Once you've embeded your custom logo in the BIOS file, you use FLASH.EXE again to upload the custom .BIN file contents back to your ROM.
Remember: using CBLOGO.EXE by itself is no good - you need FLASH.EXE to bridge the file-to-ROM gap.
If you have any questions, please contact me :)
Good luck!
