Danny,
You don't say which Bios. However, if its AMIBIOS
you might try
1. Typing in AMI in the password box. OR
(Get a Techie Person to help) with 2. and 3.below
2. Gently remove the CMOS Battery (and replace)
This should give the CMOS 'amnesia' - with the
desired result. Password removed.
Check your Motherboard Manual for safe working.
Beware of immoveable Hardwired Batteries.
3.Failing this then you might resort to 'clearing'
CMOS Memory settings by lifting the CMOS jumper
then replacing the CMOS jumper on the motherboard.
See your Motherboard Manual for correct jumper and
procedure.
Obviously discharge yourself of static, etc.
Work safely when PC,etc is switched off and
disconnected.
Remember If in any doubt getta Techie type to help out.
