1. Why would they need the jumper settings if they had the manual?
2. Why would they down load a manual if they had a manual?
3. How are you sure they have a manual? I'm assuming they don't have one since they need the jumper settings. How many mother board manuals have you seen without jumper settings? NONE!?!
