On most of the motherboards there is jumper that allows you to set default BIOS setting. I guess it would reset password too. But of course you are loosing all BIOS settings that were set there (like HDD settings etc.).
Check manual of the MB there should be mentioned that jumper. You should set it ON, reboot PC and then set it OFF.
Another method (NOT RECOMMENDED) is to disconnect CMOS battery that should also reset BIOS settings.
